Can I get my money back?
Due to the nature of my services, I am unable to provide refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to me. What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. Evenings and weekends are family time and for recharging, but for emergencies, I'll respond promptly. We also observe holidays; in case of urgent matters during holidays, please email with "Urgent" in the title.
